Pack Your Items
Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box and securely seal it.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
